AYes all warranty info is written on contract when you receive estimate.
Do you warranty your work?
ASealcoating is a coating for driveways and commercial properties that need less attention. When sealcoating is out the question paving is needed usually resolving in removing or resurfacing with new layer of asphalt.
What is the difference between sealcoating and paving?
AIt depends mainly on condition of the driveway, such as height, cracking, settlement, and also personal preference. We will give our honest opinion on what will meet your wants and also fit your budget.
What draws the line if my driveway needs resurfaced or complete removal?
AEvery job is different depending on what you have done. Usually anywhere from one to three days.
How long should I stay off my driveway once it is paved?
AYes, sealcoating protects and prevents water and oil penetration. It fills all areas where water and oil can sink through and damage asphalt. Also it gives a nice black finish.
Does sealcoating really help?
AWe will come by and clean any mess made from sealer and re sealcoat driveway free of charge.
What happens if the sealcoat would wash off my driveway or lot from sudden storm?
AOne to two days depending on temperature and time of year.
How long do I stay off my driveway after having it seal coated?
AAll vehicles out of garage and driveway, and one to two hundred feet away from entrance to give us room to operate. Also access to garage and water hose.
What is needed from home/property owner during installation of work?
AYou can call owner and arrange time to meet for payment or schedule ahead.
What if i am not home at completion of work for payment?
AEstimates are free unless over 60 miles from our office location.
Do you charge for estimates?
AWe work day through night. The best time to reach us 6am-12am.
